1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 can angel flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and eggs. Cut in butter. Add buttermilk, coconut and vanilla. Cook in unbaked pie shell for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cook until brown.
