COFFEE CAN PUMPKIN CAKE | |
3 c. sugar 3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. each: cloves, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice 1/2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 2 c. (1 can) pumpkin 1 c. oil 1 c. water 1 c. raisins 1 c. nuts 4 (1 lb.) coffee cans, emptied Mix all dry ingredients; mix in all liquids and blend. Fill greased coffee cans half full. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Makes 4 loaves or cakes. |
