PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Combine all ingredients. Marinate at room temperature 24 hours, then refrigerate. Drain to serve.
