PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash Tabasco
4 cans button mushrooms
Onion

Mix all together and store in a jar for at least 24 hours.
