PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 med. garlic clove
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash Tabasco
1 med. onion in rings
4 c. fresh mushrooms

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
