PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. water
Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
1 pkg. Good Seasons Dry Italian salad dressing mix

Combine ingredients and add mushrooms (two 6 ounce cans of buttons or more). Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours (2 to 3 days better). Stir or shake occasionally.
