TEXAS TORNADO CAKE 
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter

Layer #1: Pam or grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle coconut and nuts evenly over bottom of pan.

Layer #2: Prepare cake mix according to directions on box and pour over first layer.

Layer #3: Cream sugar, cheese and butter. Pour by spoonsful over top of layer #2.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
