FIESTA CAKE 
2 c. mashed, refried pinto beans
2 c. peeled, diced apples
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beans. In another bowl sift dry ingredients then add to sugar mixture. Add apples, nuts and raisins. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. After cool, glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar mixed with 1/2 cup thick orange juice.
