TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 Pet Ritz reg. pie crust
1 (9 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Invert frozen pie crust onto waxed paper. Let thaw until flat. Combine tuna, cheese, vegetables, and seasonings. Stir in salad dressing. Spoon into casserole dish. Cover with flat pie crust. Bake until crust is lightly browned, about 35-40 minutes. Can use 2 pie crusts for pot pie.
