HOMEMADE PIZZA 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. (scant tbsp.) dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oil
3 c. flour (total)

Mix water and yeast; let sit 5 minutes. Add sugar and oil; beat well. Add 1 1/2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Add rest of flour. Beat and knead until smooth. Shape in pans. Let rise 15 minutes. Top with sauce, cheese, and favorite toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
