EASY POTATO SALAD 
1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 boiled eggs
Sm. onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
Pickle relish or chopped pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise and mustard to desired moistness and color
Bell pepper (optional)

Microwave hash browns in bowl until hot. Add other ingredients. Mix and chill. Great for Barbeques!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
