EASY GREEK SALAD 
Italian seasoning dressing
2 cans artichokes
6 quartered red potatoes, cooked
1 jar green pitted olives
1 can black olives (pitted) or Greek olives
6 tomatoes
1/4 lb. Feta cheese

Marinate artichokes and potatoes in dressing overnight. Toss with olives and tomatoes. Add crumbled feta cheese.
