CHEESE SPREAD 
1/2 container of soft pack cheddar cheese, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. sherry (opt.)
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 bottle chutney

Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, curry and sherry in a container and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Right before serving, pour chutney over mixture and sprinkle green onion on top. Serve with crackers.
