CHEESE SPREAD | |
12 oz. Swiss cheese 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese 1 sm. can jalapeno peppers, green chilies Mayonnaise Shred cheeses. Chop pimentos and peppers. Be sure and get all the seeds out of the peppers first. (That's why they are too hot). Mix with enough mayonnaise to make it spreading consistency. Store in jars in refrigerator. Serve on any cracker (triscuits work well). Also good served hot. Keeps in refrigerator for weeks. |
