3 eggs
1 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can Pet milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice or pumpkin spice

Mix all ingredients well and pour in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This recipe will make 2 pies.
