FRUIT PIZZA 
2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Cool Whip (4 1/2 oz.)

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water

Combine Bisquick and 1/3 cup sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Mix in egg, blend until soft dough forms. Place on greased and floured pizza pan. Form a slight trim. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla. Add Cool Whip. Blend well. Spread over crust.

Arrange fruit of your choice on crust.

Combine ingredients for glaze. Cook until thick. Cool. Spoon over fruit. Chill until ready to serve.

May use any type of fruit of your choice.
