12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips 2 c. peanut butter 1 c. butter 1/2 c. Pet milk 3 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding - dry 2 lbs. powdered sugar 1 lb. salted peanuts Melt together chocolate and butterscotch chips, peanut butter. Put 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan and freeze. Boil butter, Pet milk, vanilla pudding 1 minute or until thick, add 2 teaspoons vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread on top of chocolate layer. Freeze. Add peanuts to remaining chocolate mixture and spread on top of second layer. Freeze. Cut in very small pieces. |
