SWEET POTATO BISCUITS 
1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 1/3 c. flour, self rising
1/3 c. Crisco
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. sweet milk

Mix flour and Crisco. Add brown sugar. Mix all wet ingredients together. Mix dry and wet ingredients and then add sweet potatoes. Make into small biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
