1 (14 oz.) pkg. Hershey's kisses
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. nuts
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Melt butter, kisses, and Eagle Brand milk in large double boiler. When completely melted, add marshmallows and nuts. Mix rapidly. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch lightly buttered pan. Cut in squares when it is cool.
