2 jars dry roasted peanuts
1 stick butter
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. peanut butter chips

Layer the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or jellyroll pan with 1 jar of nuts. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows. Add the condensed milk and peanut butter chips. Stir until melted. Evenly pour over layered nuts. Top with the second jar of peanuts. Press with fingers. Let set until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
