BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 c. broccoli (can be frozen), chopped
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
10 3/4 oz. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Add onion to broccoli and steam (can microwave for 10 minutes). Melt butter in large saucepan; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
