3 c. broccoli (can be frozen), chopped 1/3 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 10 3/4 oz. chicken broth 1 1/2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed Add onion to broccoli and steam (can microwave for 10 minutes). Melt butter in large saucepan; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese melts. |
