OVEN BAKE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 to 10 qt. popped corn
1 to 2 c. peanuts (optional)

Place popcorn in 200 degree oven to keep warm. Melt butter, stir in syrup, sugar and salt. Boil 5 minutes at lowest heat possible. Don't stir! Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and nuts. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool. Store in air tight container.
