1/4 lb. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. potato buds

Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg and coconut flavoring, then add Bisquick and potato buds. Form into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Watch closely because oven temperatures vary and these cookies brown quickly.
