HEATH BAR PIE 
20 Ritz crackers
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
3 Heath bars, crushed
1 c. sugar

Crush crackers until fine, add nuts. Beat egg whites until stiff but moist, add sugar and vanilla. Fold in crackers and nuts. Pour in a greased 10 inch pie plate. Mound up the sides. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Put ice cream in cooled crust and sprinkle generously with candy bars. Place covered in freezer. Remove a short time before serving.
