STRAWBERRY WAFFLES 
2 c. Hungry Jack pancake mix
1/4 c. oil
Frozen strawberries, thawed
butter
1 1/4 c. water or milk
2 eggs, separated
Cool Whip

Mix pancake mix, oil and egg yolks with water or milk. Beat egg whites separately and fold in mix. Bake in hot waffle iron until golden brown. Spread on melted butter followed by strawberries. Cover berries with Cool whip. You may use waffle syrup if desired; it really isn't needed. Makes 12 (4x4-inch) waffles.
