SOURDOUGH WAFFLES | |
1/2 c. sourdough starter 1 c. canned milk 1 c. warm water 2 eggs 1 3/4 to 2 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/3 c. oil Combine starter, milk, water and flour. Mix and leave at room temperature overnight. Next day add rest of ingredients. Mix gently, do no beat. Bake in hot waffle iron. Makes 3 large square waffles. |
