CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 to 4 lbs. cooked de-boned chicken breasts
Dash of garlic
1 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 c. nuts
1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter

To chicken chunks add soup, sour cream, garlic and poppy seed. Mix. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

TOPPING: Melt butter and cracker crumbs and mix well. Add nuts. Place on casserole and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
