CHICKEN FROM MEXICO | |
1 chicken breast 1 tomato, chopped 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 chile 2 tortillas 2 slices Muenster cheese 3 tbsp. oil Debone the chicken. Fry it in the oil until golden. Set the chicken aside. In the same oil, fry the garlic and onions and add the tomato. Grind the chile; add to the oil. Add salt to taste and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Put the tortillas on an oven-proof dish. Put the chicken on top of the tortillas; cover it with the sauce and add the 2 slices of cheese on the top. Set the oven at 350 degrees and put the chicken in oven until the cheese melts. |
