MACARONI PIE 
2 c. macaroni
2 qts. water
1 tsp. salt
Milk
12 Ritz crackers, crushed
butter
Grated cheese

Cook macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and pour half of it in a casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese, then add the rest of macaroni and top with grated cheese. Pour milk to cover the top. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers, then dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until dry.
