BEEF JERKY | |
2 lb. lean beef (flank, round) 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper & garlic 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. Hickory flavored salt Partially freeze meat and trim fat. Slice to 1/4 inch thickness. Marinate in remaining ingredients 1 hour at room temperature. Lay over oven racks and bake 4-7 hours at 150 degrees. |
