CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter

CAKE:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pt. sour cream

CRUST: Butter the inside of a spring pan (9 inch). Blend all of the above crust ingredients and press into the sides and bottom of the pan. Line outside of pan with aluminum foil.

CAKE: In a large bowl, beat well cream cheese, eggs and sugar, add rest of ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool.

TOPPING: 1 can pie filling (strawberry, cherry, blueberry or pineapple.)
