CHEESE CAKE 
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1/2 c. melted butter
20 graham crackers, crushed

Mix together until moist and cover bottom of square pan.

CHEESE CAKE:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

To cream cheese, add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Add other ingredients and blend well. Pour over crust, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minuts. Remove cake from oven. Reset oven to 400 degrees. Beat 1 pint sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over cake and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. When cake is almost cool, pour a can of blueberry or cherry pie filling on top and spread to cover cake. Serve 8.
