ZUCCHINI PIE 
4 eggs, beaten together
3 c. zucchini, shredded thin
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. bacon bits
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into ungreased pie tin or square cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
