BROCCOLI `N CHEDDAR DIP 
1 env. Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
16 oz. sour cream
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli or spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In 1 quart casserole dish, combine soup mix, sour cream, broccoli and 3/4 cup cheese until smooth. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; serve warm.
