BROCCOLI-CHEDDAR DIP 
1 (8 oz.) low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
1 c. cubed white cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 green onion, trimmed and sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Pinch ground nutmeg
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt

Combine cheese in food processor and whirl until almost smooth, about 3 minutes. Add broccoli, onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Whirl to mix. Add yogurt and pulse just to combine. Turn into serving bowl. Garnish with chives, if desired. Refrigerate, covered.
