1 sm. box of lime Jell-O 4 oz. cream cheese 1 sm. tub of whipped topping 1 sm. can of crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. pecans Add 1 cup of boiling water to Jell-O. Let cream cheese soften and stir into Jell-O. Next add the crushed pineapple and pecans. Stir well. Fold whipped topping into mixture. It will become thick and frothy. Place in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Green salad can be served as a salad on a piece of lettuce or as a dessert. |
