SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
3 c. Bisquick
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients together well. Form into small balls. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes depending on size of balls. These may be frozen before or after baking.
