WALNUT WILD RICE PILAF 
2 (4.3 oz.) pkgs. quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix with herbs
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 c. walnut oil (can use salad oil)

Prepare rice mix according to package directions; cool. Toss with chopped nuts and sliced olives. Cover and chill. When ready to serve let stand at room temperature and drizzle oil over the rice mixture. Toss. Can also be served warm. Serves 12.
