1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
11 oz. mandarin oranges in juice

Mix ingredients. Pour into 3 greased and floured round cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 23 minutes.

ICING:

1 sm. vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
15 or 20 oz. crushed pineapple in syrup

Beat for 4 minutes. Add 9 ounces Cool Whip to pudding and beat for 3 minutes. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
