CHEESY CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts (6 if split), boned
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Simmer chicken in skillet for 8 to 10 minutes, and cool. Put broccoli in broth to thaw. Blend milk, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese and add seasonings. Put broccoli in bottom of casserole dish, then chicken. Pour sauce over all. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Recipe may be doubled.
