1 stick butter
6 to 8 lg. potatoes (unpeeled), sliced thin
Season salt
Garlic salt
Pepper
Onions, sliced
Cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in jelly roll pan by placing in hot oven. Add potatoes and onions. Sprinkle generously with spices. Stir it all up. Bake 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle on cheese and bake until bubbly.
