CHEESECAKE SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sm. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press into bottom of 13x9 inch pan.

Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla and chocolate pieces. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees, continue baking for approximately 20 more minutes. Cool into 24 squares.

To soften cream cheese, unwrap, microwave on 50% for 30 seconds per package.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
