DIET WAFFLES 
1 egg
1/3 c. canola oil
2 c. (heaping) lite Bisquick
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (10 oz.) bottle club soda

Mix all ingredients together well. Heat waffle iron and use a cup measure to pour batter onto waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot with fresh fruit slices.
