1 box chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. instant pudding
2 c. almost boiling water
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in greased sheet cake pan. Sprinkle 1 package of chocolate chips over batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Cool for 10 minutes, spread with favorite frosting.
