CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten

ICING:

1/2 c. evaporated milk or cream
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
20 miniature marshmallows
1 c. nutmeats

Sift sugar and flour into large bowl. In a saucepan, combine butter, cocoa and water, bring to a boil. Stir into sugar-flour mixture. Blend in buttermilk and soda. Stir in eggs and vanilla. When completely blended, pour into a greased 11x16 inch sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

For icing, bring evaporated milk, sugar and butter to a boil, cooking 2 minutes. Add chips, marshmallows and nutmeats. Blend and spread on warm cake.
