1 can coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix coconut and chopped nuts together and spread in bottom of greased pan.

1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix (Betty Crocker)
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar

Prepare mix as directed, pour on top of nuts and coconut. Melt butter, mix with sugar and softened cream cheese. Pour on top. Bake 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
