CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine flour and sugar in large mixing bowl. Combine cocoa and water in sauce pan. Add butter and bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour into flour and sugar. Mix until batter is smooth. Add buttermilk. Add slightly beaten eggs. Stir in soda and vanilla. This batter will be very thin. Pour into a greased 10x15 inch pan and bake at 350°F about 20 minutes.

Frosting: Combine butter, cocoa and milk in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Put sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add the hot liquid to the sugar. Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Add vanilla and nuts and spread on warm cake.
