CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
8 oz. cheese, block
1 can biscuits

Cook beef and onions together until done, drain fat. Add salt, pepper, catsup, tomato sauce, heat thoroughly. Pour into 8-inch square pan. Cut thin strip of cheese. Spread over beef mixture. Top with biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are done. Tomato soup can be substituted for tomato sauce.
