1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 c. Parmesan cheese 4 med. zucchini 1 bunch green onion 1/2 c green pepper Salt & pepper 4 eggs Precook zucchini, cut in chunks, drain and cool. Whip eggs, blend in mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Put in baking dish uncovered. Bake in center of oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
