HONEYBEE AMBROSIA 
4 med. oranges, peeled, pared and sliced
1 med. banana, sliced thin medium
1/2 c. orange juice (mixed to directions)
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flaked coconut (optional)

Mix fruit together in serving bowl. Stir together juices and honey. Pour over fruit and chill. Make sure fruit is covered by juice mixture, lemon keeps bananas from turning dark about 2 days. This is a very popular dessert for company. Sprinkle coconut on top before serving. Good served with plain sugar or wafer cookies.
